Update October 9, 2025: UPS’s money-back guarantee (also known as the UPS® Service Guarantee) is reinstated for international shipments to the United States beginning with packages picked up starting October 10, 2025.
The money-back guarantee does not apply to international UPS shipments to the United States picked up from October 2, 2025 through October 9, 2025.
The Vietnamese government recently restructured administrative units nationwide. Businesses and individuals are responsible for using the updated address format moving forward.
We are currently updating our shipping systems to accommodate the new address formats to support you in adapting to the new administrative changes.
In the meantime, you are strongly encouraged to submit your updated company billing address, and pick-up and delivery address by filling in this form ASAP.
