Service Delays in the U.S. Virgin Islands

We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing service delays in the U.S. Virgin Islands due to the completion of Excise Tax assessments and Customs Clearance time procedures.

All shipments imported into the USVI must be submitted to the Excise Tax Revenue Services and U.S. Customs and Border Protection for delivery authorization to being delivered.
