Update for International Deliveries Destined for the United States
Due to recent changes to United States de minimis regulations, international shipments to the United States may experience delays. Effective October 2, 2025, and until further notice, the money-back guarantee (also known as the UPS® Service Guarantee) is suspended for all international UPS deliveries to the U.S.
Service Delays in the U.S. Virgin Islands
We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing service delays in the U.S. Virgin Islands due to the completion of Excise Tax assessments and Customs Clearance time procedures.
All shipments imported into the USVI must be submitted to the Excise Tax Revenue Services and U.S. Customs and Border Protection for delivery authorization to being delivered.
