Update: Due to recent changes to United States de minimis regulations, international shipments to the United States may experience delays. For all international UPS shipments to the United States picked up from October 2, 2025 through October 9, 2025 (inclusive of the starting and ending dates), the money-back guarantee (also known as the UPS^® Service Guarantee) does not apply.

Except as otherwise provided in the Update above, elsewhere on this website or in the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service or other service terms applicable to your shipment, the UPS^® Service Guarantee will remain active for the below domestic and international services:

Until further notice, the guaranteed delivery time for UPS Next Day Air Saver^® deliveries has been extended to end-of-day (11:59 p.m. on the guaranteed day of delivery).

The UPS Service Guarantee remains suspended for all other UPS^® shipments and services not specified in the above sections, from any origin to any destination.

For your convenience, The UPS Store^® and UPS Access Point^® locations all provide access to your vital deliveries. Where available, you can sign up for free UPS My Choice^® service which enables you to provide more specific delivery instructions such as where to leave deliveries, or redirect deliveries to another location, and also provides you with the ability to receive delivery notifications.

The UPS Service Guarantee is subject to change and certain conditions, exclusions and limitations. For further details, see the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service.

Update: Due to the situation in Ukraine the following UPS services have been temporarily suspended:

• All international shipping services to and from Ukraine
• All international shipping services to and from Russia
• All international shipping services to and from Belarus

Packages in transit that cannot be delivered will be returned free of charge to the sender where possible.

Effective October 18, 2021 and until further notice, UPS is making the following operational adjustments: Delivery commitment times for UPS Next Day Air^® destined to residential locations with a typical delivery time of 10:30 AM will be extended to 12:00 PM. Any applicable Service Guarantee with respect to these packages will be based on these revised delivery commitment times.
