To get started, many shippers begin with an express box or envelope (depending on item size), a shipping label, and a clear pouch to hold the label. If you're sending fragile or regulated items, additional supplies may be needed.

How can I order more quantities of an item?

Item quantity per order may be limited. Supplies available for reorder are based on your recent shipping volume. Once you’ve submitted your order, you can also add up to 10 items to a Quick List for easy reordering.

How can I see what UPS box sizes are available?

Packaging supplies such as shipping boxes, shipping envelopes, labels, tubes, etc. are listed in the app, including information about their dimensions. You can see everything available by logging in here.

• Ongoing eligibility for free supplies will depend on shipping activity and supplies usage
• Supplies access may be limited if usage doesn’t align with shipping activity

Supply Access Levels

UPS is implementing three levels of supply access:

• Full Access: Access to order all supplies available on UPS.com
• Limited Access to UPS Express^® Supplies: Access to general supplies excluding those intended exclusively for UPS Express^® shipments
• No Access: No access to ordering supplies through UPS.com
