Options for Changing Your Delivery

See what options you have to make changes to the delivery on your parcel so we can deliver it when and where you need it.

1. Open Your Dashboard

If you have an account, log in to UPS.com and open your My Choice dashboard.

2. Select Your Parcel

Click on ‘Delivery Options’. If you can’t see ‘Delivery Options’, the shipper has restricted this option.

3. Follow the Prompts

Reroute your parcel to a different location or change the delivery date.

I Won’t be at Home. Can I Put a Hold on My Deliveries?

When you sign in to UPS.com, you can use UPS My Choice to request a hold on your deliveries in a few different ways:

  • We can hold onto your parcel and deliver it once you're back.
  • You can request that we leave your parcel with a neighbour.
  • We can reroute your parcel to another address, in certain cases.
  • You can request we hold onto your parcel for you to collection from a UPS location.
