Can I choose the time of day I want my parcel delivered?
The exact time cannot be chosen.

How can I see my previous and incoming parcels?

All UPS My Choice members can see UPS parcels from the last four months, as well as parcels scheduled for delivery, in a convenient calendar view.

If you have more than one address associated with your membership, the calendar will show deliveries going to those addresses as well.

You can add addresses to your membership at any time in your UPS My Choice preferences.

Can you hold my packages while I’m away?
You have the option to leave your parcel with a neighbour, or in some instances, send to another address. All of these arrangements can be made from UPS My Choice delivery notifications or your Delivery Planner. Depending on the final location, transportation fees may apply.
